The monstrosity at North Park Way and 30th, the huge parking garage. Its got crappy condo stucco colors all over it, enough lights to create a halo around North Park at night, and they actually expect you to pay to be able to park in North Park. Ridiculous.

The worst part is that the garage was built over a parking lot for the bank. It is terrible that such a vital use of space was lost to the Big Grey Monster.
