City Heights is bounded by Meade Avenue to the north, 805 freeway to the west, 54th Street to the east, and Home Avenue to the south.
City Heights might be one of the most diverse neighborhoods in San Diego. City Heights has it's own Asian business district and a sizeable amount of Hispanic, African, and Middle Eastern businesses.
El Cajon Blvd. has a reputation for prostitution, drugs, and rock and roll.
Might be a refuge for the endandegered North Park hipsters whose dwindling habitats are increasingly being destroyed by gentrification. You can already spot a few pockets of hipster population dotting the relatively untouched conrete jungle west of the I-15 and east of the I-805. The area is not yet a designated protected hipster habitat but this could change in the near future as a few watering holes(The Beauty Bar, Zombie Lounge) have been built in the outskirts of the area in the last few years in an effort to increase the population.
