Best smog technician in town (Hiep Nguyen). Family-owned and operated. Usually about $40 for everything, while-u-wait. Cert transmitted electronically. Nicest people ever.

Check out
The stack of failed tests. They all come from other local smog stations, and all those "failures" passed at Excel, without any additional work done to them. You would think that passing a smog check would be black & white, but it really isn't.
