New restaurant on the cusp of North Park/South Park on 30th street, south of Upas. Recently featured in Bon Appetit magazine, they specialize in sausages made fresh daily. Most of the food is inspired by Mexican spices and natural ingredients. Waitstaff are all hip young things, mostly vegetarian, so there are a lot of vegetarian options for a sausage joint.

Lots of bottled beer selections, but they only have Guinness on tap.
